Peter Sarracino appeals his convictions for the kidnapping and second degree murder of Julius Brown. He argues that there is insufficient evidence to support the convictions; that the district court erred in admitting evidence that he attacked a couple babysitting his children while he was evading arrest for the kidnapping and murder; and that his conviction of and punishment for both kidnapping and second degree murder violates the Double Jeopardy...
