This lawsuit arises out of the termination of plaintiff's employment by defendant Carrier Corporation. In what is becoming an ever-increasing trend in wrongful termination cases (at least in this district), plaintiff's counsel initially pled the usual "laundry list" of discrimination claims and collateral torts.
