PER CURIAM.

Cecil Demmerit Banks appeals his conviction for the offense of murder. After finding him guilty, the jury assessed appellant's punishment at life imprisonment.

There is no challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. In his first point of error, appellant argues that the court should have declared a mistrial when the State disobeyed a motion in limine and introduced an extraneous offense. He contends...
