The debtors in these six related chapter 11 cases are a holding company and its operating subsidiaries. The cases have been jointly administered since shortly after their commencement. About eleven months after filing, they were converted to cases under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, and the United States Trustee appointed an interim trustee for the holding company and another interim trustee...
