Pending before the court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss on Grounds of Forum Non Conveniens. (Docket No. 13.) Plaintiffs oppose the motion arguing that an enforceable choice-of-forum clause is applicable and, in the alternative, that Defendants have not met the standard for a forum non conveniens dismissal.
