SCHNEIDER, Justice.

The appellant, Ned Jones, was found guilty of robbery by a jury; after the appellant pleaded true to two enhancement paragraphs, the jury assessed punishment at 99-years imprisonment. On appeal, the appellant complains that (1) the trial court erred in denying his request for an instruction on misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor theft and (2) the evidence was legally insufficient to sustain a conviction for robbery.
