Michael E. Carrico (the "Debtor"), Gina M. Dougherty, Danny W. Bank and Patrick A.T. West appeal three orders entered by the bankruptcy court after a civil contempt hearing. The first order, entered on February 5, 1997, held Appellants in contempt (the "Contempt Order").
