Appellant Thomas Puckett was charged under Ark.Code Ann. § 5-54-105 (Repl. 1993), with the Class B felony of hindering the apprehension or prosecution of Calvin Adams about four months after Adams's arrest for the capital murder of Richie Austin and attempted murder of his wife, Cassandra Austin.
