This consolidated bankruptcy appeal grows out of:

(1) the failure in one bankruptcy proceeding to file a timely complaint objecting to discharge pursuant to Rule 4007(c), Fed. R. Bankr.P.; and (2) the corresponding attempt in the second proceeding to avoid the Rule 4007(c) time bar by using Rule 7015, Fed. R. Bankr.P., to effect the transfer of a complaint objecting to discharge, from the second proceeding...
