John Browning appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County dissolving his marriage to respondent, Joan Browning. In its decree, the trial court, inter alia, awarded the parties joint legal custody of their minor child, Scott, with primary physical custody to appellant and reasonable visitation to respondent.
