Plaintiff Andy Rukavina appeals from the trial court's judgment of no cause of action in favor of defendants Triatlantic Ventures, Inc., Michael Wright, Julie Nelson, Key Bank (formerly Commercial Security Bank), American Registrar and Transfer Co. (ARTCO), and five additional defendants who are not parties to this appeal. He also appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial.
