Ricardo Fuentes was found guilty by a jury of one count of possession of methamphetamine, I.C. § 37-2732(c). The district court imposed a unified sentence of six years, with a three-year minimum period of confinement. The court then suspended the sentence and placed Fuentes on probation for four years.
