This is the second appearance in this court of a proceeding brought pursuant to Chapter 681, Florida Statutes, Florida's "lemon law."1 The proceedings in the circuit court began with Porsche's appeal from a decision of the New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board which had effectively declared Mason's car a lemon.
