This is a petition by a suspended attorney for reinstatement of his license to practice law pursuant to Rule 3.32 of the Rules of Lawyer Disciplinary Procedure [1996]. The petitioner was suspended in 1989 for three years following a guilty plea to criminal charges.

After submitting his petition for reinstatement in December 1996, it was learned that the petitioner had been arrested in North Carolina...
