We granted Vulcan Materials Company's ("Vulcan") application for discretionary appeal in this workers' compensation case. The administrative law judge ("ALJ") ordered Vulcan to resume payment of temporary total disability benefits to claimant Terry Pritchett and to pay certain medical bills Pritchett incurred with "unauthorized" physicians.
