OPINION
COHEN, Justice.
In a nonjury trial, the trial judge found appellant guilty of delivery of less than onefourth ounce of marihuana for remuneration, a Class A misdemeanor. Appellant was sentenced to 90 days in jail, probated for 180 days, and fined $1,000.
