Plaintiff fell and broke her shoulder, arm, and kneecap while stepping off of a curb in a parking garage. She filed a personal injury action against the garage operator which was submitted on the theory that the garage operator was negligent in failing to adequately light or warn in the curb area. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the garage operator....
