This case involves the interpretation of the Teacher Fair Dismissal Act, codified at Ark. Code Ann. §§ 6-17-1501 to -1510 (Repl. 1993). The trial court found that appellant Nettleton School District failed to strictly comply with the Act when it terminated appellee and cross-appellant Pam Owens's contract for the 1993-94 school year.
