The collision prompting this claim occurred in the Town of Sand Lake, Rensselaer County, at about 2:30 P.M. at the intersection of State Routes 66 and 43. Claimant's vehicle, which was traveling north on Route 66, was struck as it entered the intersection by a vehicle operated by Barbara Cantwell, which was traveling east on Route 43.
