Connie and Roger Davis, the debtors, move the court to confirm their Chapter 13 plan. The Standing Chapter 13 Trustee does not oppose confirmation. However, General Motors Acceptance Corporation lodged an objection to confirmation. The court conducted a hearing on the debtors' motion on October 16, 1997.
