On July 23, 1997, the court held a hearing on the debtor's motion to avoid a lien pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 522(f) and (h). After the parties had stipulated to those facts which the court deemed relevant, the court heard oral argument from counsel and then took the matter under advisement.
