Claimant seeks review of a Workers' Compensation Board order sustaining a notice of closure. We affirm.

Claimant, who was employed as a warehouse worker, sustained an on-the-job injury on November 15, 1990. On December 5, 1990, claimant saw Dr. Irvine, complaining of left lateral elbow pain.
