Gregory D. Pardieck ("Gregg") brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order which refused to enforce the antenuptial agreement between him and Julie G. Pardieck ("Julie"). The trial court reasoned that Gregg did not act in good faith during the marriage, having used the antenuptial agreement in an unconscionable fashion to exclude assets from the marital estate.
