Crossclaim Defendant-Appellant El/Cap Towing and Transportation, Inc. ("El/Cap") appeals from a jury verdict finding it and co-crossclaim Defendant Henry Marine Services, Inc. ("Henry Marine") liable to appellee C&G Excavating, Inc. ("C&G") for negligence in towing various vessels and properties belonging to C&G. Arguing an insufficient showing of legal causation, El/ Cap contends that the trial court erred by denying its motions...
