This case is before the Court on defendant Hospital Auxilio Mutuo's motion for summary judgment (Docket # 70),1 which was duly opposed (Docket # 80, 87). Defendant essentially contends that the Court should grant summary judgment in its favor because plaintiffs have failed to assert a cause of action under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act...
