OPINION

CURRIE, District Judge.

Leroy Ellis appeals his convictions for conspiracy, see 18 U.S.C. § 371, and for the lesser included offense of unarmed bank robbery, see 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) & (d). We affirm.
