In a bench trial, Atif Beyah Saleem (appellant) was found guilty of robbery and the use of a firearm in the commission of robbery. Appellant contends on appeal that the trial court should have suppressed the statements he made to inmate Darryl Watkins because the statements were obtained in violation of his Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Appellant further argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions. Finding no error...
