The principal issue in this appeal is the compensability, under the Workers' Compensation Act (act),1 of an injury to an employee that occurred on an employer's premises during an unpaid lunch break. The claimant, Louis Mazzone, appealed from a decision of the compensation review board (review board) that had affirmed the decision of the workers' compensation
