This writ of error appeal attacks a post-answer default judgment against the Defendant below, Norman Communications ("Norman"). The dispute arose out of a purchase order by the Plaintiff, Texas Eastman Company, a Division of Eastman Chemical Company ("Eastman"), for 25 two-way radios from Champion Electronics Supply, Inc.
