Appellant, David Lienhart, was convicted in the Kenton Circuit Court for first-degree burglary and for being a persistent felony offender, second degree. He was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment and appeals to this Court as a matter of right. The sole issue presented on appeal concerns the sufficiency of the evidence supporting Appellant's PFO conviction.
