Appellant, Laurie Ann Gonzalez, appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of appellee, South Dallas Club. In two points of error, appellant complains that the trial court erred in granting appellee's motion for summary judgment. Because we find that appellee did not owe a duty to appellant under the facts of this case, we affirm the summary judgment as it relates to appellant's negligence claims.
