Francis R. Palazzi was convicted of felony offenses in Massachusetts in 1966, 1968, and 1969, and was convicted of a felony offense in Florida in 1973.1 In 1994, in Florida, Palazzi was found to be in possession of a Charter Arms, snub-nosed .38 caliber revolver and a .22 caliber rifle.
