Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court's order awarding attorney fees in this condemnation proceeding. We affirm.

On February 18,1993, plaintiff filed a complaint against all defendants claiming that it was vested with the power to secure fee simple estates in real property from defendants for the purpose of improving highway I-94 in Wayne County.
