RAMEY, Chief Justice.

Appellant was indicted for involuntary manslaughter after the vehicle he was operating struck and killed a man while Appellant was allegedly under the influence of marijuana. A jury found him guilty of manslaughter with a deadly weapon and assessed his punishment at eight years in prison and a fine of $10,000. We will reform the judgment to correct its reference to the number of jurors reaching the verdict and otherwise affirm...
