Appellant Kimberly Jenkins was convicted by a jury of felony theft by receiving based upon her possession of three "slides" for a slide bracelet. She was thereafter sentenced to pay a fine of $4,275.00. Ms. Jenkins now appeals, raising four points for reversal.
