Court of Appeals of Georgia.

July 30, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

M. Ross Becton, Jr., Savannah, for appellant.

Spencer Lawton Jr., District Attorney, Christine S. Baker, Assistant District Attorney, for appellee.
