CONNOLLY, Justice.

Nebraska Methodist Hospital, Inc., having admitted liability, appeals a jury verdict in favor of appellee, Mary Mahoney, in the amount of $400,000. Methodist Hospital asks this court to reverse the verdict and remand the cause because the trial court erred in excluding Methodist Hospital's expert testimony, in not admitting evidence of Mahoney's early retirement pension, and in instructing the jury on cosmetic deformity.
