Plaintiff, David W. Millet, Sr., appeals from a judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of defendant, Bettie J. Loyd Crump, granting an exception of res judicata and dismissing plaintiff's claim. For the following reasons we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
