MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came on for trial on August 15, 1996 on the amended complaint of the debtor in possession, Enjet, Inc. ("Enjet") seeking damages from Stapp Towing Co., Inc. ("Stapp") allegedly suffered by Enjet as a result of Stapp's wrongful retention of Enjet's property. The court has considered the evidence, the memoranda, and arguments of counsel, and makes the following determinations.
