We have on appeal the first-degree murder convictions and judgment of the trial court imposing the death penalty upon James Walker. We have jurisdiction under article V, section 3(b)(1) of the Florida Constitution. We affirm all of Walker's convictions, as well as his sentences for the noncapital felony offenses, but remand for a new sentencing hearing before the trial court on the capital felonies where all...
