Fillmore County School District No. 19 (district) petitioned this court for further review of the decision of the Nebraska Court of Appeals which determined that the evidence was insufficient to support a finding that superintendent Rodney Boss engaged in unprofessional conduct, incompetency, and neglect of his duties, and that Boss was entitled to periodic evaluations twice during his first year of employment and at least once annually thereafter...
