Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to the crimes of sodomy in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (two counts) and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree and was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment totaling 8 1/3 to 25 years. Defendant appeals, contending that his aggregate sentence was harsh and excessive. We disagree. The sentence, which comports with the statutory parameters, was the agreed-upon result of a plea bargain...
