This is a review of a decision of the Court of Appeals holding that Esta Ramey (Esta) is due some payment for her in-home attendant care of her husband, Hubert Ramey (Hubert), a double amputee, because such care qualified as compensable medical and nursing benefits under KRS 342.020.
