LIVELY, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted the defendant, Johnny Lee Moore, on nineteen counts of a superseding indictment charging credit card fraud, bank fraud and mail fraud, and fraudulent use of a social security account number. The evidence disclosed an elaborate scheme in which the defendant fraudulently obtained credit cards, then used the cards and "convenience checks" issued in connection with the cards to obtain goods and services as well...
