Gaston Andrey of Framingham, Inc. ("Gaston Andrey") has operated a Ferrari dealership in Framingham, Massachusetts, since 1981. In May 1997, Ferrari North America, Inc. ("Ferrari") informed Gaston Andrey that it was terminating the dealership franchise.
