Presently before the Court is the motion by plaintiff Peter Joe Rivera, pro se, on application for an Order granting him free transcripts of his deposition. The Court having received moving papers, and the opposition thereto, considers this matter pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 78. For the following reasons, plaintiffs motion is denied.
