David Eugene Adcock appeals from the trial court's order appointing his niece Marshelia Sherling, the appellee, permanent guardian of the person and estate of his mother Lola, finding that certain funds given to him and his brother were trust funds that are part of his mother's estate, and awarding attorney's fees and costs to be paid from the trust fund.
