Plaintiff is a licensed real estate broker in New York State. (Comp. ¶ 2.) Defendant ITT-Sheraton is a subsidiary of ITT Corp. (ITT's Mem.Law. at 1.) Defendant Michael D. Cryan is the executive vice-president and Chief Financial Officer of ITT-Sheraton. (Compl. ¶ 6.)
