LAVORATO, Justice.

The defendant, Stephen Robert Davis, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, a felony. The district court sentenced Davis to five years, suspended his sentence, and placed him on probation for two years. The court imposed two conditions of probation. First, Davis was ordered to receive inpatient treatment for substance abuse.
