At issue was a sexual relationship between Block and Gomez that occurred during her treatment with Gomez. She alleged, among other things, that Gomez: (1) violated § 895.70, STATS., entitling her to punitive damages; (2) breached fiduciary duties he owed to Block; (3) assaulted and battered Block; and (4) intentionally inflicted emotional...
